Making correct Greece Super League predictions comes with a few considerations. The news can only show you so much, so you have to include both stats and trends to make a good assumption. First of all, you need to understand that the league is usually a two-horse race, as Panathinaikos and Olympiakos are the dominant forces of the league.
AEK Athens and PAOK do get involved in the title race from time to time, but it does not happen every season. Also, home teams should be more dominant, but lately, it started to happen more often that the visitors are the ones that take all the points.
When it comes to scoring goals, the league is not as prolific as some others are. In fact, it is average as there is not a massive number of goals scored in every game. Also, the goals lessen in the payoff rounds, especially between the top six teams. As these are the top teams of the league, you are going to see them play much more cautiously than during the first part of the season.
There have been only six clubs in Greek football history to win the league. Obviously, the top two are Olympiacos (47 titles) and Panathinaikos (20), but AEK Athens (13) is currently not far behind. The only other clubs to win trophies in Greece are PAOK, Aris (both 3) and AEL (1).
Be sure to study the history of the competition and the past season’s winners to make your Greece Super League predictions. They can help and even have a massive impact on the end result.
